Acoustic Wall Panel Packaging

We supply a full range of interior decoration materials: WPC flooring, SPC flooring, LVT flooring, flooring accessories, decorative trims, stair nosing / stair treads, wall panels, acoustic panels and display samples.

All shipments adopt professional seaworthy export packing standards to keep goods intact during long ocean transit, avoiding scratching, chipping, deformation and moisture damage.

1. Inner Packing

Flooring planks, wall panels, acoustic panels, stair treads and decorative trims are packed into heavy-duty export corrugated cartons. Corner guards are fitted on all vulnerable edges and corners of every carton, to protect profiles and plank edges from impact and chipping. Custom printed cartons, private labels and shipping marks are available upon customer request.

2. Palletizing (Pallet Packing)

Cartons are stacked neatly and evenly on export-compliant plywood pallets. Plywood is man-made composite material, exempt from ISPM 15 phytosanitary treatment for smooth customs clearance in most countries. If required, we can supply optional ISPM 15 heat-treated wooden pallets with IPPC stamp, which fully meets international plant quarantine regulations. Each pallet is reinforced with polyester strapping, and fully wrapped with multi-layer waterproof stretch film. Angle boards are fixed on pallet edges to prevent shifting and deformation during forklift loading and unloading. Pallet labels with product info, quantity and shipping marks are attached clearly.

3. Container Loading

Pallets are arranged reasonably inside the container, fixed properly to avoid sliding and collision on the voyage. We control loading quantity scientifically to make full use of container space while guaranteeing pallet safety. We provide loading supervision service as requested.

4. Custom Packing Solution

We support customized packing: different carton specifications, bundle ways, pallet loading quantity, special waterproof packing and logo printing according to clients’ requirements.
